Able to sleep families of 9-10 people per apartment - in the luxury and grandeur of an original art deco building, which is soon to be heritage listed. Retaining all that was special from the 1930s, eg generous room sizes, high ceilings and ornate features together with with all the comforts of modern living. A fabulous backyard community area with pool, fire pit plus community BBQ plus closed in locked yard area for smaller family members, (the 2 and 4 legged kinds).
Fantastic apartment, lovely owner and beautiful place! Wonderful facilities and very comfortable - felt like I was back in my own home! Highly recommend for anyone travelling in a large group (4-5 people). The bedrooms are all separate and you can have your own little private space. All the facilities you can ask for with nice little things such as Foxtel and Bose soundsystem for ipod/iphone etc...

INTRODUCING LAMBERT HOUSE: If position, style, luxury, special features, air conditioning and private swimming pool matter for your Brisbane home, then this is without doubt the best available. This deceptively large home can be rented as a whole, or in quiet times just one level for a smaller group. The upper level has 4 spacious bedrooms and multiple common areas with a wrap around verandah - Queensland style. Or perhaps the lower level suits you better with sparkling pool and contempory furnishings. Need more space than just one floor? Then the middle level can be taken with the upper or lower floors and you are still totally private from each other. If you would like to feel you are on holidays 24/7, then this house is a destination in itself.
This house is absolutely amazing. Family friendly and close to everything you need. Made my wedding week feel like a fairy tale. Money well spent. What a dream house.
We'll be back for our next long stay in Brisbane.

WELCOME TO MILTON MEWS - Auchenflower Townhouses & Studios. This 1940's original Queenslander was converted into flats in 1960, complete with asbestos walls, totally unworkable floor plan, no fire separation and in need of love. The 2 upper level townhouses and opened in November 2015. They each feature twin queen ensuited bedrooms, and both bedrooms have an adjacent sleepout with extra bed, (Queensland speak for closed in verandah used for extra bedroom). The right side has been decorated in cool greys, aquas and lime shades. The left side features the warmer reds, oranges and beige tones.
The twin studios opened March 2016. Fully self contained with private access and air conditioning, perfect for people seeking comfort in a quiet space.
Jenny's property was the perfect place for our small family to stay. The house had everything we could possibly need and had a great homely feel. The sleep out was brilliant for our son he loved having his own little space but was still close to us. I loved how there were two bathrooms one which included a bath for the kids. There was also a great outdoor area to quietly relax and watch the kids play. Auchenflower is lovely and quiet but you're also still very close to the city and shops. Jenny was fantastic with communication and was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely stay again.
