Whole house – 6 bedrooms + 3 semi private areas with sofa beds . Sleeps 15
  $500/800 per night for 6 people 
  $25 per night for extra people over 6
  $25 per person for linen     
  $600 exit clean 
  $750 refundable bond

Upper level – 4 bedrooms + sofa bed. Sleeps 10 people
     $280/400 per night for 4 people 
     $25 per night for extra people over 4
     $25 per person for linen
     $350 exit clean 
     $500 refundable bond

Middle level – converted triple garage/games rooms. Sleeps 4 in 2 sofa beds  
(must be rented with upper OR lower levels)   
      $50-80 per night for 2 people 

Lower level – 2  bedrooms + sofa bed.  Sleeps 6
     $280/380 per night for 4 people  
     $25 per night for extra people over 4 
     $25 per person for linen 
     $350 exit clean

Each Studio (2)  - 1 queen bed + sofa bed. Sleeps 3 
     $90/140 per night for 2 people 
     $25 per night for extra people over 2
     $130 exit clean

Other Rates and Conditions

OTHER RATES

  • Linen $25 per per person
  • Pets $5 per night to maximum of $25 per week
  • Baby package. Cot + high chair $50 (when available)
  • Extra cleaning $50 per hour
  • Excess rubbish removal $200
  • 24 hour air con use $20 per day (first 10hrs free)
  • Free early arrival or late departure if available
  • Credit Cards + 2-3%

CONDITIONS

  • Minimum booking 28 nights 
  • Bookings of less than 28 nights are accepted as follows... 
    - if your dates adjoin another booking or fill a gap
    - if booking is last minute
    - Best Fit Policy      (may be allocated another pre-agreed suitable home)
  • Booking not confirmed until 50% deposit paid
  • Balance due 30 days before arrival
  • Check in after 3pm check out before 10am
  • No parties allowed
  • No audible noise after 10pm Mon-Thur or 11pm Fri/Sat
  • Pets not allowed in carpeted areas nor on furniture

BEST FIT OPTION - You will be given the possible houses available for your dates and if there is any home that does not suit, let us know and we will make a decision as to whether we are in a position to make an offer. In the event your first choice home is not available and the new one offered is less expensive, you will be charged the lower rate. If the home you are offered is more expensive, you will not be charged extra for the upgrade. WIN!
