Front house is the classic Queenslander workers cottage style home. With features including fan lights, high ceilings, VJ walls. The bedrooms are generous in size. The main bedroom can accommodate a king single bed as well if required. There are 2 outside areas to enjoy, - front verandah plus large private fenced yard to the rear. both with outdoor dining suites and a BBQ in the rear. 
There is one offstreet park, but room for a smaller car in the garage as well if required.


This lovely lofthouse is tucked away to rear of front home and is totally separate. Accessed via the easement road to right of front house. There is room for 2 smaller cars under cover.
(NB the easement is shared with neighbour, you must be careful to have your car far enough forward so they can access with their car through the white gate).

The lower level has the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and opens via sliding doors to the back private patio and BBQ area. Fully fenced for pets and small humans.The master bedroom and full bathroom are on the lower level, the spiral staircase takes you to the loft bedroom area. A large space with a queen bed at one end and a king single at the other. They are made semi private as they are separated by the staircase and robe. This area is air conditioned and it flows to rest of the home.

TRANSPORT:  To travel anywhere around Brisbane with public transport go to https://jp.translink.com.au/plan-your-journey/journey-planner. Gabba house is a short walk to Park Road railway station and the major busway near PA Hospital.

SHOPS: Brismart convenience store on Ipswich Road has some basics. Best supermarket with parking is Woolworths Buranda 5 minute drive.

DISPOSABLES:  We supply a few starter disposables as a complementary service. These are not renewed during your stay.

LINEN: The linen package includes - sheets, pillow slips, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels. If you choose to supply your own..... we will supply you with pillows, pillow/mattress protectors, doonas, blankets at no extra charge.

SERVICING: If you would like to engage our cleaners for linen change or house clean during a longer stay, please ask for a quote. All homes include washing facilities, some basic cleaning products, vacuum, broom, mop, dustpan. Full laundry with front loader washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

PETS: We can't say we are a family friendly business if we dont include your pets. We do have conditions of course, please ask for more information. Sorry, but no pets in season or excessive hair shedders. Not permitted in the carpeted areas nor on furniture. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!
